ANUSHKA SHARMA HAS acquired a minority stake in sports footwear and apparel company Agilitas Sports, joining her husband Virat Kohli, who had invested in the company last year.
Sharma will also collaborate with Agilitas on developing a yoga-wear range under the One8 brand. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Kohli acquired a minority stake in Agilitas in 2025 for around Rs 40 crore, with the deal also including Agilitas acquiring his One8 sportswear brand.
Founded in 2023 by former Puma executives Abhishek Ganguly, Atul Bajaj, and Amit Prabhu, Agilitas Sports operates across manufacturing, brand development, and direct-to-consumer retail of sports footwear and apparel.
