MUMBAI: Discovery branded sports channnel DSport has acquired the broadcast rights of the 2018 Nidahas Trophy, to be organised by Sri Lanka Cricket and also featuring India and Bangladesh.
The 2018 Nidahas Trophy will be played from 15-30 March. The T20 tournament is being played to celebrate Sri Lanka’s 70th year of independence.
The tri-nation series will see each team play each other twice with two teams progressing to the final.
This is the second cricket rights acquisition by DSport after the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018.
