From cricket events to #HaierZalmi100Pitches, Haier is playing a pivotal role in the promotion of cricket in Pakistan.’
Afridi’s sporting involvement beyond cricket was also seen last year when he sponsored all the Pakistan national hockey team’s expenses in order to send a team to play for the Odisha Men’s Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar.
On the other hand, this is Haier’s second involvement in cricket sponsorship, having bagged the global partnership and associate sponsorship rights for the Asia Cup 2018 in the UAE which was won by India.
