HUBLOT has unveiled the Big Bang Tourbillon Novak Djokovic GOAT Edition, a trilogy of timepieces celebrating the extraordinary career of its brand ambassador, Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic secured his 101st professional title in November last year, further cementing his status as one of tennis’s greatest players. His achievements include a record 24 Grand Slam titles, an Olympic gold medal at the Paris 2024 Games, and an unmatched 428 weeks as the world number one. He has also finished the season as world number one a record eight times.
The collection is presented in three colourways inspired by tennis’s three playing surfaces, with each version produced in numbers reflecting Djokovic’s victories on that surface. The trilogy comprises 72 blue pieces representing hard-court wins, 21 orange editions for clay-court triumphs, and just eight green watches symbolising his grass-court success.
In total, 101 watches have been created, each individually numbered but not limited. Should Djokovic add further titles to his career, Hublot will introduce additional watches, with colours corresponding to the surface on which those victories are achieved. The surface-inspired hues are most visible in the 44mm case, crafted from a proprietary Hublot composite made using Lacoste polo shirts and Head tennis racquets, according to the media release.
This lightweight, rigid, marbled material exclusive to Hublot was previously used in the 2024 Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic. For the GOAT Edition series, the brand utilised 12 blue polos, four orange polos and two green polos, along with 12 tennis racquets, to achieve the required material volume.
