Inter Milan names e-commerce partner

MILAN: Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan has signed on one of Italy’s leading e-commerce companies ePrice as its official online retail partner in the local market, as per their 3-year sponsorship agreement.

ePrice is also said to be one of the top companies on the Italian stock exchange.

The association will see the brand being visible across all of Inter’s physical and digital properties along with fan engagement initiatives during key moments of the year.

“We’re very satisfied to have reached an agreement to collaborate with an important organisation such as ePrice,” Inter Milan’s chief revenue officer Michael Gandler said.

“This agreement does not just mean success for both organisations, but it also represents an opportunity to offer something to our fans who can enjoy numerous benefits.”

“We’re very happy that ePrice has chosen Inter to launch its first partnership with a football club,” added Inter Milan’s Sales and Partnership Management director Giorgio Brambilla.

“For many years, Inter has worked to increasingly be more and more of a reference point in digital communication in football and in sport and we’re proud that one of this country’s most interesting e-Commerce companies has decided to join us.”

“To speak of ePrice and e-commerce through the world of football and its stars is a very important step for our company and our brand and we’re happy to do it with Inter,” said chairman and CEO of ePrice Paolo Ainio.

“We’ve seen that the ownership, management and team want to do innovative things in the world of sport and we’re convinced that this decision will bring great added value to ePrice. To be their official online retail partner will increase recognition of our brand but that’s not all. Our marketing team is ready to make the next and the following seasons special.”
