NODWIN Gaming appoints IGET as dispute resolution partner for global ops

NODWIN Gaming, a global esports and entertainment company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to integrate IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its operations. The agreement was formalised during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.

Through this partnership, disputes arising within NODWIN Gaming’s diverse portfolio — including tournaments, influencer management, content production, marketing, and brand activations — will be managed via a trusted and independent process.

Established by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC), IGET provides tailored and globally accessible Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. Its expertise spans integrity-related cases, contractual disagreements, sponsorship issues, and intellectual property conflicts, making it uniquely equipped for the fast-evolving international esports ecosystem.

IGET executive director Stephen Hanna said, “We are delighted to be working with NODWIN Gaming and to see their adoption of IGET’s framework as a cornerstone of their operations. By embedding IGET into their governance structures, NODWIN is setting an international benchmark for fairness and accountability. This decision reflects the values of integrity and trust that are vital to the continued growth and professionalism of global esports.”

NODWIN Gaming co-founder and managing director Akshat Rathee added, “This partnership with IGET marks a pivotal step in our journey to scale NODWIN’s operations with the highest standards of governance. As NODWIN Gaming aggressively expands its footprint across emerging markets, ensuring that all stakeholders—players, partners, and collaborators—have access to a credible and transparent dispute resolution process strengthens the foundation of trust on which the esports industry must be built.”
