Punjab Kings teams with MoEngage to ‘transform’ fan experiences

IPL franchise Punjab Kings has partnered with MoEngage to drive efforts in building a loyal fan base by unifying customer data and enabling omnichannel engagement.

With the analytics-based engagement platform, Punjab Kings will now automate customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.

The IPL team also aims to use the MoEngage platform to gain insights into website viewer engagement and gather customer feedback and referrals. Additionally, Punjab Kings plans to utilize website personalization based on retention cohorts and drive targeted merchandise campaigns.
