GLOBAL CHESS LEAGUE (GCL), a joint venture between Tech Mahindra and FIDE, has announced a partnership with Google Cloud to deliver real-time performance insights during Season 3, scheduled for 13–24 December in India.
As the league’s title sponsor and innovation partner, Tech Mahindra is driving its digital transformation with the support of Google Cloud. Using AI- and ML-powered dashboards, the league will offer live performance analytics, while Google Cloud’s data capabilities will further strengthen smart broadcasting.
Season 3 will also introduce fan engagement tournaments, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and innovation. This move highlights GCL’s ambition to become a platform where sport, technology, and business innovation intersect, per the release.
