Vikram Lad has taken on the role of business head at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEE), where he will lead strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business development.
In his new position, Lad will focus on enhancing ZEE TV’s content strategy by prioritizing viewer feedback and fine-tuning programming to cater to audience preferences.
Lad will also manage the Hamara Parivar P&L, overseeing strategic marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Lad brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held key positions at companies such as Unshots, Chingari, Kintree, The Walt Disney Company, Rediff.com among others.
