Hyundai Motor India celebrates India’s Para Athletics C’ships ’25 success

HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED (HMIL) has honoured the Indian contingent for delivering a historic performance at the IndianOil World Para Athletics Championships 2025. The team achieved its best-ever result, securing an impressive 22 medals (6 gold, 9 silver, and 7 bronze) at the championships.

Among the standout performances was Yogesh Kathuniya’s silver medal in the discus throw (F56) event, an athlete supported by Samarth by Hyundai. His achievement not only contributed to India’s medal tally but also highlighted the impact of Hyundai’s long-term investment in training and empowerment through the Samarth initiative. Several other Samarth-backed athletes also delivered strong performances at the championships.
