NEW DELHI: Baseline Ventures India Pvt Ltd asserted Sunday that it had won a favourable ruling from the arbitrator in its dispute with the Volleyball Federation of India over VFI's termination of the commercial rights agreement held by the sports marketing firm for the the conduct of Pro Volleyball League. 

A release issued by Baseline Sunday claims that the the arbitrator appointed on the case by the Chennai High Court had ruled that there was no financial irregularity in the accounts submitted by the Baseline to the federation.
