The list of state association representatives to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is out. And it is the name of the Karnataka State Cricket Association president Roger Binny, one of the members of the 1983 World Cup-winning team, that is drawing the most conjecture.

BENGALURU: Karnataka State Cricket Association on Monday announced the schedule of the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20, which will kickstart at the Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar Cricket Ground in Mysuru from 7th August.  In the opening match on Sunday, Hubli Tigers will take on Mangalore United and in the second match of the day, home team Mysuru Warriors  will face off against Shivamogga Strikers.

BENGALURU: The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has alerted the BCCI’s Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) of bookies attempting to fix matches by approaching players in the ongoing Karnataka Premier League (KPL) T20 competition in the state, Hindustan Times reports. The KSCA has the players to thank as they have already reported these approaches to the ACU officials.

NEW DELHI: Vinay Mruthyunjaya of Karnataka State Cricket Association has been inducted into finance committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India in view of Kasi Vishwanathan's resignation, ANI, quoting BCCI sources, reports. The BCCI sources told the newswire that Mruthyunjaya would be attending all finance committee meetings till the next annual general meeting.
