2018 Laureus World Sports Awards

MONACO: Ahead of the 2018 Laureus World Sports Awards, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc (MUFG), Japan’s largest lender, was annnounced as the renowned sports charity's newest global partner.

Headquartered in Tokyo, MUFG is partnering Laureus as Japan prepares to host the 2019 Rugby World Cup and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

MONACO: Note British film star Benedict Cumberbatch is to host the 2018 Laureus World Sports Awards in Monaco on Saturday, February 27. The 2018 Awards in Monaco will be the third time Benedict has hosted the event, having previously hosted the 2014 Awards in Kuala Lumpur and the 2015 ceremony in Shanghai.
