BAKU: Sahara Force India returned to the podium Sunday as Sergio Perez battled his way to an epic third place finish in an entertaining and incident-overloaded Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Perez delivered his and Force India's first F1 podium since the same event in 2016, recovering from an opening-lap hit from Sergey Sirotkin to bring the car home in third behind Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
Teammate Esteban Ocon was taken out on lap one after being hit by Raikkonen.
