NEW YORK: USA Gymnastics has offered Larry Nassar's victims a $215 million settlement as part of a plan for the organization to ward off bankruptcy.
USA Gymnastics filed a plan of reorganization with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana Thursday that will enable it to emerge from bankruptcy.
