NEW DELHI: Roma Khanna on Saturday stepped down as the tournament director of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup and AFC Women’s Asian Cup, to be held in India in 2022, citing personal reasons.

MUMBAI: Phillip Zimmerman, technical development services programme manager, and Roma Khanna, tournament director, FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup that will be held in India in 2020, attended the MGCM Chava League at Dr BR Ambedkar Municipal School here to initiate the FIFA Football for Schools Programme in India.

NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) executive committee has appointed Roma Khanna as tournament director for next year's U17 Women's World Cup 2020 that will be hosted by India, Goal reports.
Khanna was the head of venues operations during the U17 Men's World Cup in 2017 and is currently the AIFF's director of Special Projects and Infrastructure.
