LONDON: UK-based investment firm Hiro Capital has launched a €100 million VC fund focused on games, esports, and digital sports companies.
Leading a team with more than 100 years collective experience in these sectors, the partners will use the fund to accelerate the growth of about 20 UK and European "games and sports innovators".
According to Hiro Capital, the fund will generally invest at the post-seed stage, at Series A and B. As well as financial investments, the firm plans to mentor its portfolio companies to help them scale.
