ROUNDGLASS SPORTS Private Limited is now reportedly the sole owner of I-League outfit Punjab Football Club (earlier Minerva Punjab FC) after buying out the 50% stake that is currently with original promoters Ranjit Bajaj and his spouse Henna Singh.
Bajaj and Ms Singh have resigned as the directors of Punjab FC, Goal reports.
As per the football website, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) has been intimated of their resignation.
