MUMBAI: One big fish down, another to follow? The Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) chief financial officer Santosh Rangnekar tendered his resignation on Friday, becoming the first high-profile executive appointed by the Committee of Administrators to quit.

Rangnekar was BCCI’s first-ever CFO.

NEW DELHI: The Committee of Administrators Thursday lifted the suspensions of Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul with immediate effect. The suspensions were imposed for their objectionable comments on the celebrity television talk show "Koffee with Karan".

NEW DELHI: Vinod Rai, head of the two-member Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA), has confirmed that the BCCI’s 2018 annual general meeting (AGM) and fresh board elections will be conducted anytime within the next three months.  The development comes close on the heels of the the CoA registering the newly-formed BCCI constitution with the Tamil Nadu Registrar of Societies in Chennai.

As part of the build-up, top international women players will take part in a Twenty20 exhibition game at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium ahead of the IPL play-off on 22 May at the Wankhede cricket stadium in Mumbai.
