MIES, Switzerland: The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) announced on Wednesday that ORSEN will be its global commercial partner and exclusively handle the commercial rights of FIBA 3x3 competitions worldwide.

"Recognizing the potential for further growth, FIBA believes it is the perfect moment to elevate the sport to the next commercial level. With ORSEN's exceptional ability to forge and lead future-proof partnerships, this collaboration is strategically placed to propel FIBA 3x3's current exponential growth," FIBA announced in the statement.

NEW YORK: The National Basketball Association (NBA) Thursday announced that Oris Stuart has been named the NBA’s chief people and inclusion officer.   Stuart, who is currently the NBA chief diversity & inclusion officer, will begin in this newly-created role on August 15 and report to NBA president, Administration Bob Criqui.

MIES (Switzerland): The FIBA 3x3 World Tour will make its return in Debrecen, Hungary on August 29-30 and go on for an additional 2 brand new Masters in Bucharest, Romania on September 5-6 and September 11-12. More events are scheduled to happen and will be announced later this year depending on the COVID-19 situation.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday stayed the decision of the Union Sports Ministry to provisionally renew the annual recognition of 54 National Sports Federations (NSF) and directed it to "maintain status quo ante".
