MUMBAI: Mobile operators Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio Infocomm are looking to leverage the excitement around the FIFA World Cup to grab their respective share of eyeballs from among the 100 million+ viewers in the country expected to watch the world's biggest sporting event. 

Bharti Airtel’s video streaming platform Airtel TV has introduced live broadcasts of the World Cup in various local languages in addition to Hindi and English – keeping in mind the diverse Indian landscape with football fans spread all over.
