KOLKATA: A Rs 300,000 fine the All India Football Federation (AIFF) disciplinary committee slapped on Aizawl FC for crowd trouble in their January 25 match against Mohun Bagan, has received a quick riposte from the owner of the defending I-League champions.
Aizawl FC president Robert Royte claimed on Sunday that the AIFF owed his club roughly Rs 5.7 million in outstanding dues since the 2015-16 season.
