NEW YORK: The NBA is all set to host a Junior World Championship for the first time ever in association with energy drinks giant Gatorade, which will be a global youth basketball tournament between teams from around the world featuring the best 13 and 14-year-old players. There will be eight teams competing against each other in the boys and the girls categories.
The tournament will be hosted at the state-of-the-art ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida from August 7-12 this year.
