With each passing day, fresh revelations are coming out about Fairstreet Sports (FSS), which focuses a more and more sorry light on the capabilities of the Indian organiser of MotoGP Bharat (Indian Grand Prix), to deliver an event of such scale. 

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had said late last month that it would recommend the blacklisting of FSS for its failure to pay around Rs 31 crore ($3.71 million) to different vendors engaged for readying the track at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida.

BCB on Sunday confirmed that the BCCI has requested them to play a day-night Test during the upcoming India tour and has said they will respond after consulting their players and team management.

NEW DELHI: The All India Tennis Association has announced a 9-member "second string" squad for next month's Davis Cup Asia-Oceania Group-I tie to be held in Islamabad on November 29-30 after the top stars, led by non-playing captain Mahesh Bhupathi, refused to travel to Pakistan.  The AITA sent a revised list to the Pakistan Tennis Federation on Thursday for the start of the visa process, News18 reports.

DHAKA: The players have called off their strike following the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s promise to meet most of their demands, including pay hike and better facilities.  “The board has assured us that our demands, requirements will be fulfilled. We are joining the camp on the 25th (Friday),” Shakib Al Hasan told a news conference after a discussion with the BCB in Dhaka on Wednesday night.

KARACHI: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has revoked its conditional No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued to its players to participate in next month’s Abu Dhabi T10 tournament in the United Arab Emirates. PCB’s decision would affect at least 14 contracted players who were signed by different teams for the tournament which starts from November 15th, Pakistan's media reported.
