COLOGNE: The Central European division of Universal Music Group (UMG) have announced a multi-year partnership with ESL Gaming, the world’s biggest eSports company that will be managed out of UMG’s Berlin headquarters.

The aim of the agreement is to exclusively help Universal discover and promote new artists through ESL’s global tournaments and channels. In an industry first, UMG will partner with ESL to create the ultimate destination for gaming and music fans alike to experience the official soundtrack of the world’s esports leagues and tournaments.

BARCELONA: LaLiga giants FC Barcelona announced on Tuesday that they will sell the naming rights for the Camp Nou for one season in a bid to raise funds in the battle against the coronavirus. The club have handed over title rights to the Barcelona Foundation who will now be tasked with finding a sponsor for the 2020-2021 season.
