NEW YORK: The 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo is still eight months away but NBCUniversal has already received more than $1 billion in national advertising commitments for the quadrennial mega event, the company said Tuesday. The network projects that it will easily surpass the record $1.2 billion it generated for the 2016 Summer Games in Rio.

MUMBAI: Rohit Sharma, one of the world’s premier batsmen in the modern era and a football aficionado, has joined hands with LaLiga - Spain’s top division football league as its brand ambassador in India.  He is the first non-footballer in the history of the league to have signed the dotted line with them. Rohit comes on board following a series of major initiatives by LaLiga in India since 2017.

BENGALURU: Indian men's football team captain Sunil Chhetri on Tuesday signed a three-year deal with German sportswear brand PUMA.  Chhetri, who is Indian football's most recognised face, joins the brand's roster of global players like Antoine Griezmann, Romelu Lukaku, Luis Suarez and Sergio Aguero, among others.

The YouTube Ads Leaderboard captures ads that receive the maximum views, shares, and love from audiences across the country. While Kia Motor’s ad for Seltos is on top, other ads on the leaderboard include Samsung’s Good Vibes App ad and Pepsi’s Har Ghoonth Mein Swag Hain.
